Shipping Methods & Handling Fees

We partner with Australia Post MyPost Business and Sendle to deliver across Australia. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

A small handling fee is applied to cover packaging and order processing:

• Entrance Mat Systems (Quote-Only Products) – 20% handling fee (shipping calculated on quote).
• All Other Products (purchasable online) – 15% handling fee (shipping calculated at checkout).

Our commercial entrance mat systems are not available for direct purchase through the website.

• A tailored shipping cost (including the 20% handling fee) will be provided as part of your quote.

Pickup Option (Sydney Warehouse)

If you prefer, you can collect your order directly from our warehouse:

• Pickup is free of charge.
• Orders are usually ready for collection by the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. Please bring this email with you when collecting.
